| The technology of thermoelectric refrigeration has a lot of advantages over other refrigeration technology on the conditions of lower cooling loads and special projects. The advantages include non-pollutions, non-rotates parts, longer life, simpler structure, easier controllability and so on when compared with other refrigeration technology. Thermoelectric refrigeration can't be replaced by the general refrigeration technology in some miniature or special project conditions. The perfect conservation for cultural relic have lots of exact and accurate requirements for temperature, humidity, light, pollutants, quantity of pests and mold. In order to solve the problem of temperature accurately controlling in the display case for cultural relic, the author tried to make use of thermoelectric refrigeration technology for miniature display case for cultural relic, researched and discussed the application of the technology used for the fields of conservation for cultural relic.On the base of the analysis of thermoelectric refrigeration principle, firstly, the thesis analyzed the heat transfer property of the display case under the third kind of boundary condition. Secondly, the author also theoretically discussed the relations between the system performance and some influent parameters included heat transfer coefficient and temperature difference of heat exchanger for both hot and cold sides, the input voltages and so on. Finally, the author confirmed the legitimacy of the theoretical analysis through experiments, and put forward the Heat Dissipation method for the display case using thermoelectric refrigeration.The thesis developed and designed a set of miniature display case using thermoelectric refrigeration by means of intermittently controlling method, and made a experimentally research on the display case. The thesis also experimentally validated the feasibilities of cooling and heating in miniature display case using thermoelectric refrigeration. The Cooling experimental results indicated that the temperature in cooled space still maintain 6℃lower than the ambient temperature when the ambient temperature is about 20℃on the condition of heat transfer capacity in the cooled space being higher than the design value caused by the material and the manufacture of the display case. The coefficient of cooling could reach 0.44, which confirmed that miniature display case could carried exactly temperature controlling out through the technology of thermoelectric refrigeration. The heating effect in the display case by use of thermoelectric is also perfect. The heating experimental results indicated that the temperature difference between the inside and the outside of the case could quickly and stably reach 25~35℃when the ambient temperature was at about 20℃. The coefficient of heating could reach 0.5~0.9. As a result, all experimental results validated that the thermoelectric refrigeration system could accurately controlling temperature in the display case in summer and winter, and also actualized energy conservation objective.Finally, the thesis carried out the economic analysis of the thermoelectric refrigeration system used in display case, and put forward an optimization design for the system. The thesis also perfected the design solutions by means of bringing up methods for humidity controlling and pollutants elimination. |
