Flow is an important parameter in industrial process control. Today the world, for the short of energy sources and the fast development of modern industrial, the measurement and economy of energy sources become more and more important. The flow measurement and instrumentation has rapidly developed. Because of the complication and variety of the measurement object, there are still many unsolved problems up to now. Deep research should be done on these problems.According to the method of flow measurement, at present, it is limited to be local measurement - local vision or local measurement– far vision. Research on by-pass flow measurement and far flow measurement are lack. Computational Fluid Dynamics and experiment are mainly applied to research on the flow property of the fluidic device. And a new kind of device, based on coanda effect, whose flow property is well has been made. This kind of device can also be made into fluidic flowmeter. In this dissertation, deep research has also been done on channel flowmeter, a new kind of differential pressure flowmeter. Channel flowmter has much excellence which the other flowmeters don't have.Based on the characteristic of the two kinds of flowmeters and the theory of hydrodynamics, a new method of flow measurement about by-pass flow is proposed. The fluidic oscillation device is used to process the signal of channel flowmeter. This kind of method can lower the cost of measurement and can also solve some complicated problems. Because of decreasing the prevision of channel flowmeter, it only be used in those particular situation.
