At present Chinese airworthy management has primarily implemented computer information management, however, compared with foreign advanced airworthy management, it still has quite a gap. All aspects in airworthy information management need to further develop. Among them, the issue and management of Airworthiness Directives is just one of the most important works in airworthy management, and our country is still in the primary stage in this aspect.From the perspective of airworthy information management, this article takes the Airworthiness Directives as research object, and discusses the feasibility of applying decision-making support program technology to the airworthy information management field. Using computer decision-making support technology to assist the decision-making can improve the past artificial experiential decision-making condition, is helpful to enhance airworthy control section's decision-making level, has extremely vital significance for the realization of the scientific decision-making.The article, referring to foreign Airworthiness Directives issue management procedure, deeply studies the present status of Chinese Airworthiness Directives issue management work, analyzes and summarizes its insufficiencies, and indicates the existing problem and difficulties in Airworthiness Directives information management. Integrating the opinions of Airworthy Management Department, the article constructs a small decision-making support system, which mainly aims at the following two questions faced in the practical work of Airworthy Management Department.1. How to collect original airworthy information in a uniform method and implement data-base management.2. How to sort and settle issued Airworthiness Directives. To resolve the above mentioned questions, the article refers to some quite mature methods and tools in the information technology field, and gives some feasible solutions. This article introduces internet information extracting method, which is based on XML, and resolves the problem to get Airworthiness Directives from the FAA website. In addition, this article also proposes particular Airworthiness Directives classification model, and introduces ATA chapter code classification algorithm and application, which based on the key word.
