The parameters of base bleed which influence the aerodynamic characteristics of projectile were studied and researched in this thesis.Bleed temperature, parameters of bleed, Mach number, material species, area of projectile bottom and angle of projectile tail are very important elements which influence on the aerodynamic characteristics of projectile. By the means of numerical calculation, the several flow models were simulated. The solutions which depend on difference forms of base bleed were obtained. Taking the advantage of those results and using the previous references, the reasons of those results were analyzed deeply. Those elements of base bleed how to influence on the aerodynamic characteristics of projectile were inventoried completely.In order to elaborate the efficiency of the base bleed, the above-mentioned factors should be thought synthetically. In this way, the excellent quality of the projectile can be improved. As a result, the long-range and accurate strike can be achieved.
