High performance concrete should show various properties, such as relative high strength and workability, good toughness and excellent anti-cracking and to meet different engineering requirements. Based on the analysis of superior or weak properties on high strength concrete and only one fiber concrete, in view of contradiction of conclusions about fiber concrete at home and abroad in this area, this paper discusses necessity studying systematically hybrid fiber concrete.Allowing for economy and properties, this paper selects different size propylene fiber and steel fiber to jumble at different small addition, and makes single and hybrid experiment. The hybrid coefficient is introduced to contrast and analyze the influence of the fiber to the strength property of concrete. Ring and slab experimental setup is introduced to evaluate fiber concrete anti-cracking, which get the best combination of hybrid fiber concrete.With the high workability, strength and anti-cracking, we can use adequately the advantage themselves with the hybrid fiber, in order to increase the strength and anti-cracking and reduce the cost in the experiment.
