The design on resistance to fire of the reinforced concrete structure and member always arise the attention on the domestic and foreign scholars, just as the variation on kinds of material nature after fire, some records on fire literature be collected and recognized about reinforced concrete structure in this paper. On this base, the temperature field be analyzed on the reinforced concrete member after high temperature, in addition, the residual bearing capacity and the reliability on the reinforced concrete member after high temperature are also be analyzed. The mechanical property on the reinforced concrete materials after high temperature is summed and generalized, at the same time, the corresponding calculated formula and the curve diagram as the temperature changing are given .The ANYSYS software be utilized to establish the finite element model, the computed program be worked out to analyze the distribution in the reinforced concrete member ,through the concrete calculated example, the calculated result on theory and the experimental result be compared to test the applicability of the program. Some calculated methods on the residual bearing capacity of the reinforced concrete member after high temperature be analyzed. The suitable laminate method is adopted to calculate the computing example. The calculated result and the experimental result be compared, we find the result matching well. Besides, base on the reliability theory, statistical parameter of the random variable that effect the calculation on resisting force be given. The JC method be utilized to analyze the reliability index of the reinforced concrete beam under the initial design load after high temperature, which supply the theory basis on the failure assessment and the reinforcement.
