With recent development of distributed energy supply system worldwide, a new generation of micro gas turbine obtained progress. Ministry of Science and Technology, with relative departments, has used two years to discuss the feasibility and decides to have the researchable project of micro gas turbine as the 863 project of the "Tenth Five-year plan" . In addition, Ministry of Science and Technology makes tender and invites tendering. Under great support of the departments in relation, our company wins the tender and starts research with other universities.The following is the goal of the project: to research and produce the micro gas turbine of Chinese intellectual property right; to supply energy in optimization based on the demand from customers on various types of energy; to generate power with efficiency greater than 29%, low fuel consumption and little noise; the quatity of industrialized product is better than the international products of 2000 in technology and the economic index, and is competitive.The project is carried out in compliance with the fundamental principle: to understand and master foreign experience completely; to adopt mature design and manufacturing technology based on the current technology in China; to make great effort for gas turbine low in volume and in weight; to achieve high extent of automation, convenience to operate, no need to be monitored by operators and remote control; to adopt unitized and normalized design; low manufacturing and operation cost for the product; to achieve multi-purpose of the product.Based on the above requirements, the paper analyzes the integral performance of 100 kW micro gas turbine in detail. The analysis is the foundation for research in the micro turbine and the system. Based on the mastered skill to research and produce small-and-medium and micro gas turbine, the paper is to bring in advanced foreign technology, to lay out the integral technological design for 100 kW micro gas turbine and its combined thermal and power supply and to carry out design, manufacturing and test for each component of the gas turbine and its supplementary equipment.First, the paper studies the integral design for the micro gas turbine, including design on general performance parameters and integral structure. To the design on general performance parameters, the paper studies the design and calculation, major foundation for design and calculation, thermal cycle and the flow of micro gas turbine, and the design parameter, calculation of the operation mode and analysis of the result. To the design on integral structure, the paper studies the adjustment theory on thermal ratio of micro gas turbine, the mode of heat regenerator and the rotor-bearing project. When the integral project is designed, the third chapter of the paper studies the design and analysis of the key components, including design and analysis of the components of the compressor, the turbo components, the components of the combustion chamber, the components of the heat regenerator, the high-speed generator, the bearing and bearing components. Through analysis, the paper lays the foundation for the systematic design of micro gas turbine.As limited by knowledge and skill, the author only makes preliminary research. More reasonable design and analysis is to be carried out.
