| PC box-girder structure ,with its various advantages,has been widely applied in bridge engineering. The aim of this reseach project is to deeply analyse the causes of the existing cracks in the PC box-girder of long span continuous rigid-frame bridge,and discuss the strengthening methods to the cracks.In this thsis,some analysis methods forbox-girder is introduced,various kinds of crack because of different causes is listed. Based on above works,the cracks in anchor region of prestressing tendous in PC box girders is studied in detail. A linear FEM analysis on the stress distribution in anchor region of prestress concrete structure and a qualitative comparison between two conditions whether the preset holes existed are given in the thesis.Considering that the prestressing forces will affect the bottom slabs and webs,and may bring to cracks in these region,so the stresses are computed by solid element method and the causes of this type cracks are discussed. The above works can be as a reference for future design worksAt last,some strengthening methods for crack in box-girder are supplied. |
