Research On The Cracking Of Long-Span Prestressed Concrete Continuous Rigid Frame Bridge

With the development of the national infrastructure construction, the continuous rigid frame bridge with its structure characteristics, has become one of the main type of bridges in the highway construction. But along with the more and more long-span continues rigid frame bridge constructed, cracking of the concrete has been become a serious problem, influenced the popularization of this type of bridge in the highway engineering in the further.Based on the simple elucidation of the types and the theory of analysis with FEM of the cracking of concrete, and taking a Bridge in Guangdong as a practical example, through the analysis with 2D and 3D of FEM with this bridge, the main reason of the cracking on this type of bridge are studied and debated, then some suggestions that how to prevent and cure the cracking about the long-span continuous rigid frame bridge. The main content discussed in this thesis is as follows:(1) Classified and summarized the type that the crack appears on continuous rigid frame bridge currently, elaborated the theory and method of analysis with FEM of the cracking on concrete.(2) Built up a 2D FEM calculation model, checked the design of the Bridge in Guangdong.(3) According to the characteristics of the crack on Dongpu Bridge, pointed out and analyzed the longitudinal prestressing, the vertical prestressing, the temperature .field, the part construct etc. that lead to the cracking on continuous rigid frame bridge.(4)Aimed at the actuality of the long-span continuous rigid frame bridge, pointed out the problem that should noticed to prevent from the cracking in design, building and conserving...
