With the increase of the train speed, the dynamic effect of wheel-rail system is more and more great. In order to ensure the comfort, stability and safety of the high speed running train, reduce the interactions of the wheel and rail, the more attention need to be paid to the transition section problem.The essence of the transition section problems are dynamic irregularity problems induced by stiffness difference, which caused by the differences of the foundation structure under the track. These can be considered from two aspects: the first one is the dynamic response when trains pass the transition section; the second is the dynamic irregularity formed by the transition section.According to the mechanical model, adopting finite-element analyzing method set up the ANSYS simulation analysis model, actualized calculation analysis program of dynamic irregularity curves which caused by train loads in the transition section. The can calculate the dynamic irregularity curves induced by the different structure types.With the established calculation programs, this paper calculated and analyzed the differences of transition sections stiffness and the relationship between length and dynamic irregularity curve characteristics, judged advantage and disadvantage of the transition sections from dynamic irregularity amplitudes and change rate.At last, synthetically consider the existing structure types of track transition sections in domestic and abroad, supply several structure designs of transition sections both from reducing dynamic irregularity amplitudes and change rate.
