In the course of urbanization, mass transit will be in a more important position. Because of its less contaminative, faster, more punctual and comfort ,and many other advantages, Urban mass transit is much favored and will become the powerful boosters of urbanization in the future.At present, studies about simulation of metro vehicle operation are mostly on the basic issues of performance calculation. The research which relates to various relevance problems such as speed-limiting, handle controlling that needs large amount of firsthand data and controlling experience at practices is few. Therefore, the investigative result was less satisfied by business unit. In the field of visualization, more based on powerful software and hardware to get fairly well visual effect.According to this, my thesis makes use of the most average software and hardware, studying the main performance of metro vehicle operation. From the direction of real-time simulation of metro vehicle operation based on PC, I have mainly done several following jobs:At first, introduces current home and abroad study status on traction calculation simulation. According to the fundamental theory, introduces and analyses the characteristics of train longitudinal forces as tractive force, running resistance, braking force, etc, and their effects to train operation process. Analyses common model of vehicle performance calculation simulations system. Then bring out my optimized model which base on single particle. Discuss the train problem such as traction tactics, the train braking problem at a station, braking the resolving changing point applying to a real-time simulation, and provide solutions. Design the simulation system's main structure, adopting VC + +.NET programming environment, using database, GDI plotting, OpenGL and other theory or knowledge, accomplishes procedure establishment, and concretely expatiate every systematic module design and usage condition. Finally, experiment and repeatly test the Chengdu No.1 metro line data, find a time-compensation method to resolve the timer's error problem in a non-real-time OS such as Windows, whose error rates control within 1%.The functions that the software ultimately realizes include: metro vehicle performance calculation, results display and preserve, time division curve drawing, traction calculating-animated cartoon-real-time visual simulation and drawing a curve synchroly, etc. Verified by experiments, this system has a obvious cost advantage, and steady operation, reliable calculating results compared with the simulation system requiring that powerful software and hardware, and has achieved the expected design purpose. It can provide references to exerting the vehicle's tractive ability and optimizing the usage of the vehicle, establishing rational running-chart, improving working quality, saving energy consumption and so on. And provides a basis for founding HILS(Hardware In the Loop Simulation).
