| As a new-style transportation on land, maglev train is characterized by high velocity, small energy consuming, low noise, safety and comfort, and it has been successfully put into practice. Due to the inherent nonlinearities of the electromagnetic suspension system, suspension controller is the key point to whole system. So it need an active control to keep steady suspension.In this paper, the nonlinear dynamic mathematic model of single magnetic levitation system (SLMS) has been set up, and been linearized at the equilibrium point in order to get the linear model. On the basis of the controllablity and observability, two controller PID controller and fuzzy-PID controller has been designed, emulated using Matlab and analyzed.The electromagnet suspension system (EMS) of the maglev vehicle has nonlinear and hysteresis characters. The equilibrium of system is dynamic and the system working on high frequcy state. The coupling effect of a suspension module is inevitable, a cross coupling adjustor has been designed.After the theory analysis of magnetic suspension system, the digital controller is adopted to keep steady suspension. And the digital signal processor (DSP) TMS320F2812 is used as the core of the whole control system. Then the digital controller performs sampling, signal processing based on control arithmetic and outputting the result, etc. Trough many experiments, it is proved that the digital controller could keep the SMLS stable suspension and have a good performance in anti-disturbtion. |
