| Integrated navigation is an important way of navigation technology development nowadays. It organically integrates various navigation equipments which were used solely through microcomputer, therefore, their specialties and advantages are exerted and their weaknesses are offset. The data process method such as Kalman filter technology is adopted in integrated navigation, so the navigation ability of the system, precision, reliability and automation are enhanced greatly.VxWorks is an embedded real-time operation system used on the target machine, which has high performance and can be cut down. It is used extensively in advanced and real-time fields such as communications, military, aviation and spaceflight for its excellent reliability and real time. The application of VxWorks, embedded real-time operation system can improve real-time ability and reliability effectively.To meet the project requirement of SINS/GPS integrated navigation, the method of developing integrated navigation system is provided in the paper by using VxWorks embedded operation system. The main jobs include: accomplishing the soft and hardware environment for the system; having the software overall design based on VxWorks multitasking system, and further having the design in detail aiming at the serial communications module, integrated navigation filtering module, network communication module.; finally, validating that the favorable performance of system can be obtained by building the integrated navigation system under VxWorks operating system through the vehicle test. |
