Nowadays, traditional diode rectifier system has become a usual control method of medium and top grade rectifier because its simple structure and digital control function. But with the rapidly develop of green energy technology, the electronic and the magnetism disturb and the harmonic pollution from un-controlled rectifier have become a serious problem. So now, PWM rectifier is a new and hot technology in electric power research. It has many advantages like making the grid current approach to sine wave, grid power factor come to 1, and rapid motion response, power duplexing transfer. So it is really energy saving and green.The paper introduces the theory of PWM rectifier, especially deep research in theory and application of Voltage S Rectifier. Base on the PWM rectifier grid vector relation, describe its four quadrants running basic theory and character. And deduce the math model base on switch function, then deduce the two-phrase rotation coordinate math model after using the two-phrase rotation coordinate. And with the Space Vector PWM control technology and feedforward control method, design a control system base on PI controller which contains current loop and voltage loop and SVPWM technology. But there is unknown disturb in this system, for making a better and more stable control effect, it should improve the system base on PI control. Then use Auto-Disturbance-Rejection Control to take place voltage loop control after narrates the ADRC theory. At last do the simulate experiment in the Simulink environment, that prove two control method is correct and reason.The paper design the PWM rectifier system device base on the theory analyzes. That includes main circuit, control circuit, sample circuit and synchronization circuit. It takes TI DSP 2407 to achieve PWM rectifier double loop digital control, and writes the program. That got a primary result. The paper provides some value to the research and develops of PWM rectifier's application.
