In the paper, we use the PE/PC bicomponent fiber to fabricate the elastic nonwoven fabric with 25g/m~2. After that, we make the coating bestrow the composite nonwoven fabric and test the physical properties of the composite material. In the test, through the pull from the stretching tester, it causes the composite material into crack step by step in the required area. We must make the crack enlarged by inches and observe the cracking course of the coating. All that is to testify the anti-cracking ability of nonwoven fabric.In the test, some structure parameters such as area density, thickness and main properties such as breaking strength, heat retention, permeability and resilient rate, are measured. Through the variant analyses, the effects of the parameters are studied. Upon the mechanical properties of the nonwoven fabric, analyses and evaluations are made for preventing cracks of the composite material.According to the common coating craft, we fabricate the required composite coating, suggest our own craft course and discuss the properties in all terms. We must separate the composite material from the base plate so that we can test the property of the material. In addition, we can't cause any damage on the surface of the coating during the experiment. And, it is possible to generate the further error in the test. So we use paraffin wax as additive, which can separate the composite material successfully. And we resolve this operation problem so as to continue our experiment.We must make the special stretching testers (micro tester and macro tester) for observing the developing of the cracks. After all, we are not good at hardware making. To avoid the error from the test machine and accomplish test requirement successfully, we combine with the design craft idea in the mechanism and make the micro tensile tester and the macro tensile tester.For the composite coating, we combine the KH-100 3-D Video-Microscope and the micro tensile tester to make scientific observations. Through the test, we can simply simulate the crack producing, enlarging and developing. The sample of 50mm appears cracks when extended 1/3mm during the experiment, but the crack can't be observed by naked eyes. And it can be observed until extending 1mm. After finishing the macro tensile tester, we test and compare the stretching performance of the common coating and the composite coating. At last, the result in the experiment is in accord with our expectant assumption absolutely. The composite coating with the nonwoven fabric has the function for the anti-cracking performance of the inner wall.
