The sediment movement problem is a important part of the river dynamites, and there are few hydro projects built on the river bed of silt sand. For the longitudinal slope is low in this river whose bed was built with silt sand, the sediment movement is complex. To the hydro project, it is the important according for designing project to understand the flow flied clearly along with the variety of the water in different discharge and different sediment discharge, and to understand the affect to the project from the evolution of the river bed. Especially it is the key to find the law of the transport of bed load in the upstream and downstream of the hydro project. Combining with the model experiment in hydraulics of the Wusiman hydro project in Talimu river, the paper analyzed the characteristics of the flow filed in the project which built on the river of silt sand bed, and choose the finite volume method and Osher scheme which is used to calculate the inside flux, and build the two-dimensional zero-model. IBased on different conditions, it is used in the typical discharge numerical modeling and the hydrologic year numerical modeling. The non-structure grid is applied to treat the irregular boundary. It is applied to water quality simulation of the physical model of the Wusiman in the TALIMU River. The simulated area matches pretty well with the real dates..
