With the rapid development of information technology, the wave of new technology revolution is in the ascendant, and which will lead a new round of military revolution in the field of whole world. The hi-tech weapons play a vital role in modern wars and definitely become the intensifier of the military power, which makes the military great powers develop,transform and absorb the hi-tech achievements more actively instead of depending on the drive of military technology.
