Research On Target Detecting And Controlling System Of Testing Platform For Conformal Dome

IR seeker is sensitive measuring component in guiding & controlling system of IR seeking missile. How the mission of missile was completed was determined significantly by IR seeker's performance. However, IR seeker with conformal dome is of excellent photoelectric performance, dramatic aerodynamic performance and better adaptability to formidable environment. The signal detecting and controlling system of IR seeker was developed based on purpose of supplying a test platform for machining and performance-test of conformal dome, and purpose of accumulating technique for the development of IR seeker's digital signal processing and intelligent controlling technology.Gyro is the key device for stabilizing, searching and tracking in the seeker. The work mechanism of the gyro and especially the procession theory in the seeker is illustrated detailedly. The controlling circuit of gyro system, including gyro's rotary circuit, gyro's precessional circuit and gyro's shaft position detecting circuit, was developed. The gyro circuit was fully tested and worked well.The output of detector must be amplified properly to the needed level of ADC. And therefore, the detecting and amplifying circuit with low noise was designed. Considering the character of widely varying for target's signal, the automatic gain control circuit was designed, and compression of dynamic range was realized.Data collecting of target's signal and gyro's signal, signal processing, and gyro's controlling was completed by the real-time processing system with structure of DSP+FPGA. The hardware circuit and the DSP program was designed. Searching and tracking for target's signal was realized.The conveniently controlling direction of gyro's precession was realized by the method of digital phase-shifting in the procedure of realizing the target-searching. It is of debugging conveniently and high testing accuracy.
