Cable-stayed bridge is highly redundant complex structure, the superstructure iscomposed of the tower, cable and the main beam, the cable only withstands thepulling force, the tower and the main beam is pressure—curved component thatprimarily take on pressure, but the forces have the very tremendous influence to thedistribution of internal force in the structure system, also directly affecting thematerial amount used of the main beam and the tower, and along with the increasingof the span and the using of the flexibility cable, the forces have more importantinfluence on the distribution of internal force of the whole structure system and theyhave become the key to control the forces of the whole bridge. So, how to reasonablydetermine the cable forces to make the internal force state of the cable-stayed bridgerational has become the key point in the design of the cable-stayed bridges. Another,the design of cable stayed bridge is usually started on determining the reasonablecompleted status of the structure, and then according it to determine the status ofconstruction and the cables forces of construction, by way of the construction controlin the process to the rational status of the bridge in the end.How to reasonably determine the completed status of the bridge has become thefirst solved issue in the design. But the stayed-bridge is anchorself-system, thereasonable ompleted status of the cable forces is directly relates to the structureauthenticity and the limitation.Therefore, determined the rational completed cableforces is essential step in the design of completed ststus the stayed-cablebridges.Now many scholars at home and abroad have brought forward a lot ofmethods to determine reasonable cable forces of the cable-stayed bridge, but thesemethods have characteristic and limitation.In this paper, through analyze and sum the present research outcome andpractical of engineering in the reasonably completed status of the cable-stayedbridges structure, discovered lacks a set of systematical and whole the theories andthe method in practical application.Proposed the comprehensive method that uses both the Minimum Bending Energy Method and the Stress-Balance Method todetermined reasonable completed status of the bridges, and utilize the reasonabledead load bending moment of the main beam to conclude the method of thereasonable dead load bending moment of the main beam, and use the dead loadbending moment of the main beam on the condition of control, the synthesisconsidered the tower stress,the assistance pillar reaction and cable forces to establishthe model about cable forces optimization, and adjust structure achieved rationalcompleted bridge status,obtain the ideally stress of main beam in completed bridgestatus,and get to the completed status of the bridges on the goal of reasonable forcesof the main beam, is the combination of the Minimum Bending Energy Method andthe Stress-Balance Method.In the end, take the Tie-Luo-Ping stayed-cable bridges asthe example, establishes the optimized model of the cable forces of the cable-stayedbridges, introduced with the step of the synthesis legitimately determined the greatspan P.C. cable-stayed bridges completed bridge condition in detail, and obtainsreasonable the cable forces of the completed status of the bridges, has laid thefoundation on the next step of determination construction cable forces, and has theinstruction significance to the cable-stayed bridges construction.Also, the method of determining construction status, the contents ofconstruction processing control and the method of construction of the tie-luo-pingcable stayed bridge have introduced, and according to the influence factors to thecompleted status of the cable stayed bridge the article has gave the main requirementof technical on the construction.
