At present concrete filled steel-tube structure (CFST) has been used in many high buildings.But the CFST column connecting beam have a lot of questions and the first is one of key technical problems to research CFST.Therefore, the deep study on the dynamic behavior of the joints above-mentioned will contribute to promoting the structural design and engineering application.Concrete filled steel tubes column to steel beam is one kind of column beam joint which in the criterion recommends. Although puts on the pitch point quite to be use large steel quantity, pour the concrete to tube is not convenient, the manufacture also has the certain difficulty, but its power transmission is very clear about, when transmission shearing force, majority of by puts on the heart web plate to pass to the core-concrete, on the steel pipe the additional stress small,simultaneously the rigidity is bigger.When the steel pipe diameter is bigger, the placing concrete extremely facilitated.The contents of this article are as below:First,it introduces the solutions of non-linearity system of equations, the analysis of non- linearity in ANSYS and the basic process of solving problems with ANSYS9.0.These make preparations for joint models formation.Second,uses large-scale general finite element analysis software ANSYS9.0,in simultaneously considered under the geometry non-linearity and the material non-linearity chooses reasonable material this construction to relate and to destroy in the criterion foundation, established the heart pitch point model contrast experiment and the finite element analysis result.Third,through the steel pipe to beam pitch point model vertical supporting capacity, a pitch point load displacement curve, the pitch point each part of stress distribution cloud chart, the whole distorts, the local distortion isogram finite element analysis:â‘ Comprehensively grasped the heart pitch point the stress performance, this also will be carries on mechanics analysis from the foundation information, According to the stress analysis, this pitch point about the steel girder wingspan and steel pipe wall have a common boundary, needs wingspan to widen or to increase the fall plate,slows down the stress concentration;â‘¡The load - deflection curve promulgated has put on half rigid characteristic which the heart pitch point presented, needed to give in the frame analysis to consider. The flexibility analysis of the end of the girder also illuminate the heart pitch point is bigger according to the rigidity consideration and the actual structure difference;â‘¢Through carries on the confirmation to the finite element analysis results and the tentative data, explained establishes finite element model serviceability;â‘£According to the finite element model computation analysis, the size and the line rigidity of column to beam, the axial presses and the factors are more influential than to the pitch point rigidity. Among them, the girder section high influence is biggest, the line rigidity of column to beam compared to with the corner not direct correspondence relations, the different axis pressure compares the value to the rigidity the influence is not same.For sake of time, this article only makes nonlinear finite element analysis of joints under axial load. More researches on stress under other cases should be made.
