Suspension system can eliminate and absorb the shocks from wheels, transmit drive force and brake force from road and wheels, support the roll force of body when the automobile steers, and depress the pitching of body when the automobile starts and brakes, it is a critical component that can influence the automotive performance. Suspension system has complex nonlinear characters. Although some characteristics can approximately reflect in vibration equation of linear suspension model, the response of linear suspension model far away from the practice when drives through rough road surface in high speed. So more and more attentions have been obtained to the research of nonlinear suspension model.Researches of nonlinear factors of spring and damp are more than the tyre, in this paper, the impact of nonlinear factors of tyre upon suspension system' vibration is study on MATLAB/SIMULINK. The results of simulation is that nonlinear factors of tyre effect on both the ride and safety, selected tyre parameters suitably can improve both the ride and safety.Combination resonance and bifurcation phenomena of 1 DOF quarter-car model has been investigated. In this paper, a 2 DOF nonlinear model considering nonlinearity of both suspension and tyre's stiffness is built, using the method of numerical integration to research the bifurcation behaviors of this system which analyze by phase diagram, Poincare section and so on.fuzzy-control can resolve the control of strong nonlinear system. In this paper, a simple but applied fuzzy-controlled is proposed , the simulation results show that this control method can well improve the performance of suspension system.
