This paper studies the structural properties of composites of the corrugated cardboards (cardboard- cardboard) and corrugated board with veneer; medium density fiberboard, plywood (paper-wood) separately. Among them, cardboard-cardboard composites can be divided into the order and the disorder. There are two types of the order's corrugated board-the overlap and the intervened overlap .The results show that (1) it is different in the properties of the axial compression and the edge crush test (ECT) in the order and the disorder. The axial compression property of the disorder is superior to the order; But the edge crush test property of the order are better than the disorder's. However, different combinations of corrugated structure for the load impacts are not significant differences. This shows that the random structure of the load bearing capacity of the load and the structure of the orders and relatively similar. Overlapping, relative, random of maximum load appeared in crushing the third layer;In axial compression test of the cardboard- cardboard composites, when a certain length of cardboard, the compressive load of three types of cardboard with the increase of thickness approximately linearly increased; The compressive load of the random style is lower than the orders relatively. It shows that there is a certain effect whether the arrangement is rule. But the difference is not significant. Certain thickness, the pressure side with the length of the load increased, almost linear rise. And the greater the thickness , the greater the rate of increase.(2)Whether in the amount of humidity circumstances, Firstly, the compressive load of hybrid style that is higher than single-AAAAA type. That is because the stiffness of B type itself is better than A type. Furthermore, the pressure load of the X-PLY (A) is greater than the AAAAA type; Generally, the pressure loads of X-PLY type of corrugated board are greater than ordinary parallel cardboard. In the bending strength test of the paper-paper composites, the entire load-deflection graphs are divided into four parts: line part, little decline part, slow ascend part, slow decline part. Whether in the amount of humidity circumstances, MOR(Modulus of Rupture) and MOE(Modulus of Elasticity) of double layer cardboards are higher than three layer's .That is because the layer is increasing while the thickness is increasing too, but the range of intension is lower than the proportion of increasing thickness. With humidity increasing, the trend of MOR of AB(0/0),AB(0/90),ABA(0/0/0),ABA(0/90/0)are approximately linearly downward; The trend of MOE is downward. (3)In the lateral pressure test, the load of the plywood-corrugated cardboard composite is the first, and the second is MDF-corrugated cardboard composite and the last is perpendicular to the grain-corrugated cardboard. It is evidence between parallel to grain-corrugated cardboard and perpendicular to the grain-corrugated cardboard. In the bending strength test, it is the same to the cardboard-cardboard composites; because of the difference of panel, MOR and MOE of these is very evident. MOR and MOE of MDF-corrugated cardboard composite are the best, and the worst is perpendicular to the grain-corrugated cardboard. It is of great significance to improve heavy packaging containers on research of the composites.
