Based on the HG440/13.7- YM14 135MW boiler in the Yinhe power plant (Yulin, Shanxi), which is extra high pressure, natural circulation and dry slagging one, the dissertation fixes the jets from the corner-fired boiler on the burning organizing, burning optimization and controlling the thermal deviation. According to the different kind of jets compound mode from the burner, the dissertation starts the test and numerical simulation analysis and gains the reconstructed plan in the real boiler. In addition, the field tests have been done and the CFD software has been use to simulate on the jets track in the furnace before and after reconstruction.According to the test data, the structure alternation has an obvious effect on the slag reducing on the burner and water wall over the burner. This research offers a kind of jets compound mode in the burner to the engineering. As to the using boiler, a way to prevent slag on the water wall around the burner is altering the aerodynamics in the furnace. All kinds of methods have been used to low the temperature in the water wall near the burner and to prevent the primary air attacking the wall, when the water wall has not been changed possibly.Combined the practical condition of the boiler in the power plant and the fired coal character, according to changing the burners'structure, the furnace has not shut down, burning behavior has been improved and combustion efficiency has been increased. The research has gained the great economic benefit for the power plant and offered the important proof to the other burner reconstruction in the boiler.
