| When cars are turning on the road with low adhesion coefficient or in high speed, the lateral force of the tire usually attains to the physical limit and the vehicle dynamics stability will be lost because of the exoteric disturbance or turning, so the traffic accidents frequently happen. The handling and the stability can be improved in limit condition by using the VSC. In recent years, Vehicle Stability Control gets great development aboard, and is gradually equipped to the moderate and top class cars; while in China, the research in this field is at very beginning. So, to study VSC has great significance for our country and also has broad application prospect.Based on the abroad achievements in this field and in order to provide the control strategy for ADSL , the thesis pays more attention to building stability control logic based on the yaw rate and lateral acceleration as the control variable. Paper Using ADSL driving simulators builds a stability control experiment platform. The control effects are evaluated by the ADSL driving simulators.First, the function and the construction of vehicle stability control system are introduced; the function and the construction of hydraulic modulator and control method of under steer (over steer) are discussed; the model of two degree stability control vehicle are introduced; and the effects of vehicle stability by side slip angle and yaw rate are discussed. Based on tire's property, vehicle's behaviors at tire adhesion limit are analyzed, and the effects of active brake control are discussed. The method of stability control is introduced based on the theory of mention above; the ideal two degree of freedom model is improved; the reason for choice of values and junction of dynamic model is discussed. The control effects are evaluated by set up a vehicle stability control test rig using CarSim. The method of Visits the DLL using the Labview software is introduced. The method of data transmission between the ADSL and personal computer is introduced. Using Labview builds a contact surface of stability control experiment platform. The control effects are evaluated by set up a vehicle stability control test rig using ADSL driving simulators. |
