The proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) is a highly attractive power source for mobile and stationary applications due to its high power density at lower temperatures and its compact design. At present, a large amount of work has been devoted to redue the material costs of PEMFCs to achieve their widespread application. Membrane electrode assembly as the key materials and technologies of PEMFC, which is widely used nowadays is of high cost and show limited performance, and the main factors that hinder the industrialization and commercialization of PEMFC, so there are important values of practicality and theory for the research of MEA for PEMFC.The perfluorinated proton exchange membrane is a solid polymer electrolyte in polymer fuel cells used in rigorous conditions such as acid, alkali and oxidant, so it used in the key chlor-alkali,electrolysis,electrochemical composites and so on.But the perfluorinated proton exchange membrane is very expensive and is monopolized overeas. Therefore, exploitiny the indigenous perfluorinated proton exchange membrane is more important. In this paper, the application of the indigenous perfluorinated proton exchange membrane electrode in the fuel cells was studied. We choose the perfluorinated proton exchange membrane and analyzed its performance, prepared the composite membrane and the blending membrane. Moreover, the mechanical intension and the dimension were advanced. Especially, the electricity performance is stability.
