The fieldbus is a technology confluence of computer, telecommunic-ateions, and control .A dedicated microprocessor is put into the automatic equipment, which makes the equipment has capability of numerical calculations and digital communication. So it not only makes information exchange and transfer of equitment easy in spot, but also creates a favorable environment for ramote transfer.Then, the structure of control system has been changed, a new distributed control system of network integration named Fieldbus Control System(FCS) came into being.FCS becomes the hot system in automaitic domain by its unique advantage. At present, to build the information system of business operation, management control integration based on Fieldbus Control network is the common goal of many enterprises."Intelligent control network technique Lab of Beijing Union University" is the Profibus Fieldbus Control System which is built on the model of Industrial manufacturing process. In this paper,based on the FCS, a new control system of electric cooker is structured with SEMITIC WinAC controller, the software of STEP7 and WinCC. Meanwhile we implement field-control, montoring, alarming, telemonitoring, data acquisition, and so on. Through analysis and study of the data acquisition, the Model-buildings are established based on BP network, then the control strategy based on BP network inverse model is designed. The function and the factors which affect the control of the BP network inverse model are discussed by MATLAB simulation.At last, BP network inverse model control is applied to the electric heater control system in fieldbus by S7-SCL algorithm program. Comparing BP network inverse model control and PID control, The result shows BP network inverse model control has good feasibility and stability.
