Stirring device is very important in industrial production, research of performance of stirring device and efficiency enhancement of devices will enhance productiveness of enterprise greatly . This paper studied characteristic of stirring device , original, model similarity criterionand and original, model conversion relationsof of stirring device deeply,and studied the relationship between outside characteristic of stirring device and paddle type, imposition angular of paddle,fluid state in the water trough by model experiment. The result of experiment indicates that:1.Paddle type can influence the performance,in three kinds of blade, the performance of arc paddle blade is the best, second is the table-flap paddle blade, the performance of plate paddle blade is worst.2.The intersection angle between paddle and the horizontal plane also has something to do with mixing performance, comparing with the identical type paddle blade, 35 degree straight board paddle blades surpass 45 degree straight board paddle blades, 35 degree table-flap paddle blades surpass 45 degree table-flap paddle blades, 17 degree arc paddle blade performance good in 21 degree arc paddle blades.3.Using the different type of paddle blade has bigger influence than the paddle blade imposition angular in consumption of the power.4. Stickiness of actuating medium causes increase of power consumption of stirring device.
