Due to the nonlinearity, strong coupling features and difficulty in using the traditional control algorithm to get the perfect effect of brushless DC motor (BLDCM), this dissertation designs a dual closed loop voltage PWM control system of brushless DC motor, where conventional PI regulating algorithm is used in the current loop and the single neuron self-adaptive PID control method is used in the speed loop.The dynamic simulating model of speed and current dual closed loop voltage PWM control system is built in the dissertation based on the platform of MATLAB SIMULINK/PSB. Simulation results verify the single neuron self-adaptive PID control method which designed by the author has fine performance.In this dissertation, the software and hardware of the brushless DC motor digital control system based on TMS320LF2407 Digital Signal Processor(DSP) are designed. The hardware design includes power converting circuits, driving circuits, current sampling circuits, detecting circuits of the rotor's position signal; the software design includes the main program module, speed detection module, A/D interrupting service module, capture interrupting module.On the basis of the design, a brushless DC motor digital control system based on TMS320LF2407 DSP, which uses speed single closed loop with the conventional PI control algorithm, is developed. Some operation experiment results of the system are analyzed in the dissertation.The researches in this dissertation are helpful for the development of the brushless DC motor drive system with high performance and bring out positive influence for the intelligent control technology in the new type AC variable speed system.
