With the quickly development and utilization of underground space, the anti-seismic performance of underground constructions is being paying close attention to increasingly. It has strategic meaning that how to assuring the subway tunnel working well during earthquake. Seismic design is a behindhand issure in the design of underground structures of subway in china at present. This is partly because the dynamic response behaviors are not sufficiently understood, and there are no simplified methods of analysis applicable to practical designing. It is of great actual value to study the seismic responses and the vibration-absorption measures of the subway tunnel which built in the strong seismic regions.First,a brief introduction about the aseismatic development survey and theoretics of the underground structure have been given in this paper. Every kinds of investigation methods and computation theoretics of underground structure in home and abroad are summarized. Then by laboratory tests of soil dynamics, analyzes the soil of NO.4 line south extension of Guangzhou subway dynamic strength, soil shear modulus and damping ratio. These parameters can be used in non-linear dynamic finite element calculation. Then the paper introduce the theoretical of the dynamic finite element method and Newmark method in detail. The paper adopts the software of finite element ADINA to establish 3-D finite element models of the subway tunnel, to analyze the non-linear dynamic behaviors, and to calculate the seismic response of three systems underthree different wave. The results show that: the systems represent obviously different seismic dynamic response under different seismic wave.So the flexibility and tractility of the underground structures of subway should be more thought about which could improve the seismic response of construction performance.
