The solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) is a kind of the whole energy transfer device of solid state operated at high temperature. Because it have many advantages of high efficiency and good environment, which is considered to be one of the key techniques in resolving the energy problems in the 21 century. High operating temperature and carbon deposition in anode are two main problems which hampering the development of SOFC. Therefore, it is necessary to develop anode materials that should have high ion-electronic conductivity at low and intermediate temperatures, which can reduce or avoid the carbon deposition in anode. The SDC electrolyte and CuxCo0.5-xNi0.5O1.75-0.5x powder are prepared by the sol-gel low temperature burning synthesize technique. The SDC electrolyte powder and CuxCo0.5-xNi0.5O1.75-0.5x powder were molded by dry molding method. The structure, phase composition of the anod and electrolyte materials were characterized through XRD,SEM. The conductivity of anode material and SDC electrolyte was measured by using direct current method and AC impedance technology. The experiment results showed that the gel decomposed at a lower temperature; CuxCo0.5-xNi0.5O1.75-0.5x powder prepared from different proportion of copper, cobalt and nickel oxide became a cubic structure solid solution at 1100℃; The structure of SDC electrolyte powder calcined at 650℃for 2h was cubic; The conductivity of SDC electrolyte is increase with the temperature; And the conductivity of anode is decrease with the temperature.
