The clutch control is a key link of Regenerative Braking Energy System(RBES),it can change driven mode.Based on the work characteristics of RBES,this paper designs the scheme of the control of clutch's engagement and separation.overcome the engine brake during RBES working,make clutch control meet the demands of RBES working and raise the ratio of braking energy regenerative.According to the demands of RBES working process and clutch engagement reliable and in improving the ride of vehicle, select engine speed, the clutch input axis and the change speed between the engine and the clutch input axis as control parameters,and determine the best rules of clutch engaging,realize the best rules by proportional electromagnetic and PID control algorithm.Select proportional electromagnetic as the operation of clutch control, according to the demands of RBES working process, exporting PWM signal by ECU,and control proportional electromagnetic to operate clutch release cylinder,can control clutch's engagement and separation accurately and timely, accomplish clutch control.Accomplish a design task of selecting sensor,signal process and testing circuit,controller, the power supply circuit,I/O signal hardware circuit,driver circuit and the operation.as the counterpart, the software function module is explained as well, through the anology debug of electronic control system, it can work well and achieve the goal.The innovation points are the research on RBES and clutch control,and accomplish clutch's electronic control under the condition without altering the clutch original structure.
