Study On Discrete Workshop Cost Management System Based On MES

With the arrival of information age and further progress of market economy and global integrative economy enterprises face fiercer market competition and the market puts forward stricter request for enterprises. It is displayed mainly in 4 respects: T (time), Q (quality), C (cost), S (service). The cost occupies essential position among enterprise's competitiveness. The accurate, prompt cost management and control is focus issue that enterprises care. In manufacturing enterprises, the production cost occupies more than 50 percent of total cost. Therefore, it is very important for workshop management and control. This text regards cost management of the workshop as the subject for research. And the workshop cost management system is based on the advanced product management theory: MES (Manufacturing Execution system).This paper contacts the research method putting into practice, being guided by control of production cost theory, using standard cost method and activity-based cost method for reference. It combines discrete production cost current situation and problem analysis in manufacturing industry workshop, and puts forward its solution. Then the paper carries on system to set up a mold, develops a discrete workshop cost management system based on MES. The frame model, business process model, the cost checking model, the cost plan model, the cost control model, the cost analysis model and system function structure model are built in the article. Also it defines the interface model that integrates with MES. So it solves the problem of integration with MES and improves ERP in the bottom workshop production management and control. Thus, the system has carried through cost management in the whole production line and increased a productivity effect.Finally, the text carries on development and test by means of B/S. And using ASP.NET platform and the database Oracle, the discrete workshop cost management system based on MES completes ultimately.
