The Evaluation About Traffic Noise Of Central Roads In Harbin

In recent years, along with the development of the automobile industry and urban traffic, the pollution of road traffic noise in Harbin has become more and more bad. This has seriously affected people's daily lives. After a detailed survey it was found that the study about the situation of traffic noise pollution in Harbin was less and the result of evaluation was not accurate enough. In addition, the monitoring spots selected were so many that the workload was too heavy. Aim at this phenomenon a new and comprehensive monitor on road traffic noise in Harbin and evaluation studies was done.The following aspects were included in this paper:First, according to the state standards to select the 83 road sections in Harbin, and the source of traffic noise in Harbin and the state of traffic noise pollution were monitored detailed.Secondly, according to the monitoring data, the temporal and spatial distribution analysis n the source of traffic noise pollution in Harbin was carried out, educed the approximate temporal distribution law and spatial distribution state of traffic vehicle flow and vehicle speed in Harbin.Thirdly, according to the monitoring data to carry out an overall character analysis on the state of road traffic noise in Harbin, the different directions of roads, different regions, primary and secondary comparative analysis, and the analysis of the impact on the surrounding environment, and educe the phenomena of road traffic noise pollution in Harbin was serious.Fourthly, the measurement point of city road traffic noise in Harbin was optimized. Classify the 83 monitoring points with fuzzy clustering method at first. Then the classification monitoring points in each group were simplified with the principal component analysis method and get 21 optimized monitoring points.Fifthly, found out the main factors which influence the state of road traffic conditions in Harbin based on the previous studies, and provide the countermeasures to reduce the noise.An advanced basis for the monitoring and management work of Harbin road traffic noise in future was provided through the study of this paper, which had better real value.
