In this paper, wind resistant of long span bridges in cantilever state is analysed. Also, analysis aerostatic force by Computational Fluid Dynamics. In this paper the author first analysed described the wind effects on bridges, and wind-induced vibration is in particular. Flutter, galloping, buffeting and vortex resonance is fourimportance type. Flutter is the most danger in this. The bridge buffeting which is include forcedvibration is the most important phenomenon in the wind-induced vibration. Second, two themethods for wind effects on bridges are discussed, which include method of gust responsefactors and the method response spectrum. Thirdly from the requirement of engineering, theaccurate through the parametric analysis, method is simplified buffeting practical according theformula for engineering application the second method is presented; and analysis aerostaticforce by Computational Fluid Dynamics. Finally, the longhua bridge real engineering exampleillustrate the usage of the two methods, and analysis its safe.
