Resistivity is a very important performance index in the electrolyte solution. By measuring it, we can find many important informations of chroma etc, and we may know capability of the manufacture. Resistivity must be measured in the scientific reaserch and production, but faint change of liquid resistivity which is influenced by external factor(for example temperature, electric field,magnetic field and so on) has been generally regarded by investigators.The traditional instrument has much shortcoming such as many gears,manual compensation, big error. And it has complicated circuits and only can be used in a relative small scope. This paper begin from the theory of test, we estabilish the theory of test which is based on comper some theory of test. Besides introducing the principle, configuration, hardware circuit and software module, the author described the designation of hardware circuit and usage of liquid crystal display modul.The tester focuses on scm at89c51, and achieves the aim of testing well and truly by the scm that has the ability of estimate and account.
