With AC frequency conversion technology developing, A kindOf tension control way that base on AC frequency conversiondrive should be find out.The winding character of the rewinding machine's windingdevice is studied and the basic buildup and control theory ofthe tension control system is analyzed in this paper. Thedetection method of winding diameter is deduced and the controlstrategies controlled induction motor for the sizing spindlemachine tools servo system are studied in detail.The tension of winding device buildup the speeddifference in two driver. Due to the dynamic and nonlinearcharacter of the winding tension control system, the new kindPID control controller is designed.Grounded on the work above, a tension control system buildup, it's hardware make up program logic controller,transducer,HIM.
