Today electronic product changes with each passing day. Dry battery as the power sources of these electronic products, its quantity of production and consumption grow up very quickly. Every battery produced by the manufacturer need sample detection before leave factory. The battery performance Detection is mainly about whether it satisfies the national standard. The Huge battery production quantity requires more battery mass sampling system.In this paper, a battery mass sampling system is designed and completed using Single-Chip Microcontroller STC89C516RD+ and analog digital chip ADS774. In this paper, particular explain the mass sampling system hardware used device performance and parameter. The battery voltage sampling circuit, electrical signal regulating circuit and multi-channel selecting circuit of the system are proposed. The data sampling circuit is designed by STC89C516RD+ Single-Chip Microcontroller and analog digital chip ADS774. In this paper, the hardware of battery mass sampling system is designed, and the PCB board is completed. Then the software of mass detection system is completed by software written using C language in Keil uVision2 integration environment. With the integration of hardware and software, the whole system can be completed automatically.The battery mass sampling system use VB built environment, we designed man-machine interface unit and displaying or printing battery data unit. The battery mass sampling system also can supply with the function of printing daily sheet and the interface to the MS-Office. All the data of the system can be exported to the database.At the end of this paper, we summarize the design implement and process of the Battery Mass detection System, and provide further improvements for the system.
