The main research of this text is application of woven carbon fabric in the fuel cell , including the gas diffusion layer and catalyst layer. At present, the thickness of gas diffusion layer is often 100-300μm and carbon paper or carbon cloth hated water treatment fulfilled by PTFE, but the woven cloth of carbon is used little, compared with carbon paper, carbon cloth is more strong ,and easier to curl ,has a larger electricity density, so carbon cloth is better for the function of fuel cell. This text analyzes factors such as the ventilate, hydroscopic and thickness of different institutional framework fabric with the same parameter (the weft and warp density, yarn)., and design two new structures used for gas diffusion layer. In spread layers basal treatment, adopt T300-1K carbon fiber plain weave cloth, deal with different density of PTFE, and analyze the hating water result. In order to increase the electric conductivity and water repellency, and its mechanical intensity ,coating PTFE and conductive carbon black layer on carbon cloth of different density after resistance water treatment, then analyze effect with different PTFE and carbon black quantity to electric conductivity, water hating, spread inferior layers thickness, surface density ,etc .Catalyze layer is an important influence factor of working efficiency of fuel cell, catalyze layer at present is made up of noble metal platinum, how to reduce platinum quantity without influencing the efficiency of the fuel cell is a focus studied research at present, this text utilizes magnetism splatter to get a layer of metal such as Ag, Cu, Al formed on the surface of carbon cloth that it is dealt with PTFE, form a thin layer nanometer membrane, analyze the result under different sputter conditions.
