| At the present time, the hydraulic servo controlling technology has taken possession of important position in the field of automation. The hydraulic servo controlling system has went forward towards speediness, high power and precision, simultaneously, it is widely used in the national defence and the civil industry.Research on controlling method of digital pump controlling hydraulic cylinder position is the research about the position servo controlling technology of the hydraulic cylinder. It tries to solve the question in the aspects of the controlling system and controlling method that the hydraulic system has in the aspect of energy-saving, high precision position controlling and strong defence ability. It has the feature of not only energy-saving but also quickness, precision, non-over-margin and strong defence ability. The research ways and the achievement in the paper have reference meaning to the similar research.The paper has achieved the desired curve of the displacement response of the hydraulic cylinder, by adopting the way of fuzzy control. The design of fuzzy controller is designed based on the principle of digital pump controlling hydraulic cylinder by using the fuzzy block of the software of MATLAB , avoiding the complicated operation and programmer. In addition, the paper proves that the method of fuzzy control is better resistant and adaptable ability compared with the one of PID control in the aspect of theory, by the simulation and analysis of fuzzy and PID control by using the simulink block of the software of MATLAB .The paper also designs and operates the hardware and software of controller. In this operation, hardware design includes the one of the major control circuit, the keyboard-LED interface and the extending circuit. The software is programmed in the foundation of the fuzzy controller in the core of SCM AT89C52 by the simulation and operation in the software of KEIL C. And the united experiment including the raster is finished. |
