This paper is mainly to make some redesigns of structure for the Micro Free Piston Swing Engine (MFPSE). According to the problems emerged when it is actually running. Join some new thoughts, design heat partition slot and concave to reduce the possibility of intervene.Then set up its mathematics and physics model, take advantage of MATLAB and ANSYS soft ware to do simulation computing and thermodynamics analysis for the Micro Free Piston Swing Engine. For this analysis, its working state parameters are needed at first. But restricted by the present condition, it is unable to examine the objective data of the working course of MFPSE by the test. So, according to the numerical value computing ways of working course of traditional internal-combustion engine, considering its own characteristic of MFPSE, through certain model hypothesis and equivalent conversion, this text has summarized a set of methods applied to numerical simulation calculation of MFPSE. And programming with MATLAB for the calculation, then plotted the working curve.Due to the design of the heat partition slot, the expanding pressure cause the deformation of the swing after being loaded on the surface, it maybe is the one of the reasons of resulting into intervene. So it is necessary to make an analysis to the surface deformation of the swing before making a thermodynamical analysis.From the number value calculated above, drew 31 groups data of temperature and pressure as the even load of thermodynamics analyses. According to datum withdrawn, defined 31 load steps in ANSYS; solved it with the multi-step load solution method, put coupling thermodynamics transient state analysis to the cylinder block and the centre swing separately. The item was as temperature field, effect force field and strain field etc. At last the interfering state of the two was analyzed.Through the analyzing of the cylinder block and the centre swing, found the section that it had the biggest deform, and at the same time, to analyze the deformation of two sealed surfaces be assured that two part don't intervene.Due to the limitation of real conditions, though perhaps there will be differences between calculating value and actual value, but the difference for the distribution of the hot force field of part will not be too big as actual conditions. So this analysis result has certain reference value. According to the question found in thermodynamics analysis finally, put and proposed the imagination of improving to cylinder block and the centre swing of MFPSE.
