As a kind of high-performance building concrete material, fiber reinforced concrete(FRC) has made a lot of research results, and been widely used in the domain of engineeringconstruction. The research about two or more hybrid fiber reinforced concrete has just begun,it is also a hot spot of research about the performance of FRC. Based on the research fund inLiaoning province of "Research on nonprestressed reinforcement technology of old simplypridge changed to continuous bridge", and combinated the existed research of hybrid fiberreinforced concrete (HFRC), a series of experimental study on mechanical properties anddurability of steel fiber and polypropylene fiber hybrid-reinforced concrete has been carriedout, the effect of the strengthening and toughening of hybrid fiber is analyged, theimpermeability and freeze-thaw resistance of hybrid fiber on concrete is also studied.(1)Large quantities of experiments have ben carried out to analyze the behaviors ofhybrid fiber reinforced concrete under compression, tension, axial compressive, elasticmoduli and compression of air entraining concrete, and analysis of the strengthening of hybridfiber.(2)The experiment of flexural toughness of CF40,CF60 HFRC have been carried outaccording to ASTM C1018-97, the effects of hybrid fiber on the flexural strength and flexuraltoughness of HFRC are analyged. The results show that hybrid fiber can effectively improvethe flexural toughness of concrete.(3)Impermeability test results show that the hybrid fiber have less impact to theimpermeability of concrete, Vinsol can improve the impermeability of concrete, and thepermeation mechanism of HFRC is brief analyzed.(4) The freeze-thaw experiment of HFRC is carried out, and the experiment results showthat fiber is not good way to improve the frostresisting property of concrete, different mixedmode affects significantly on the frostresisting property of concrete.(5)Toughness properties of HFRC after freeze-thaw cycles are analyzed, air entrainingHFRC have good flexural properties after 200 freeze-thaw cycles.(6)All experiment results are analyged comprehensive, the fiber mixed mode of 0.7ï¼…steel fiber and polypropylene fiber have good combination property relative, and is a goodmaterial of bridge deck pavement.
