Since digital and integrated sharing-resources has nowadays become the new trend in mechanical disigning field. The function of a various of soft are completed, the CAD hardware department is also include, more and more people take it seriously. We work hard to build a hardware department through network communion without any obstacle.The ISO13584 is an international standards of explanation on the computer,depicting and exchange of data of standard parts library. The parts library information which built by this standard, can't to be controled by any CAD systems, and can be used as one kind of common data information. In addition, there is another characteristics, shared on network, can be achieved. Therefore, such a database suitable for the request of development the modern industries, the development of this standard with ISO13854 standard parts library has a very important practical significance and far-reaching practical value.Building of such a database which according with the ISO13584 standards, the most important work is to depicting and building the model parts, which should base on the ased on the neutral language. Modeling the simple part is easy, but the modeling work of complicated parts is not so easy. This is because in the process of information model, not only by their own standards of ISO13584 constraints, but also to function in accordance with the standard of test platform for the relationship between the function to choose the appropriate method of modeling.Involute cylindrical gears,involute straight bevel gears,the deep groove ball bearings with ribbon cage belonging to complicated parts, they are the representative parts. Because there are many typical geometric features themselves. So use of gender-neutral language for modeling them, not only to solve a lot of geometric characteristics of a typical building, but also provided some means for dealing with complex constraints; Offer some reference for modeling that similar parts, and expand the ISO13584 standard parts library. It is between these reasons, this paper focuses the process about two typical gears and the ribbon cage on the above, and constructed their neutral procedure, and compile the procedure of Grip based on the test.The relation of mapping is vital to the future aim. In the foundation of the inhere formulation, we have analyze the mapping function of curved face systematically. In addition, a modify suggestion of ISO 13584 is put forward.
