Based on the background—Donghai bridge, the research was developed to study the structural performance of Cable-Stayed Bridges with Steel-Concrete Combined Box Girder. The main study contents and results are as follows:(1) In this paper, the whole bridge was modeled to study the mechanic performance of the Cable-Stayed Bridges, it mainly checked the internal forces and stresses statues during the worst construction cases of the longest double cantilever and the longest single cantilever stages, the mechanism performance under the primary dead loads and the upper dead loads after three years since the bridge was completed, and the mechanical statue under various exterior loads during the service phase. ALL these would be as a reference for rational design.(2) Submodeling was used as a finite element technique to obtain more accurate results in segments of the main girder, and to get stress distribution of the main girder consists of concrete deck, steel girder, longitudinal and transverse ribs, and diaphragm and so on. And the designing refinement is based on the previous submodeling results.(3) In order to make sure the connection quality and install speed of the segments, relative deformation between the lifting segments and cantilevered segments, mechanic behavior happened in the segment Installation were analyzed to find the proper install technique and sequence.
