Large space building has unique advantage in exhibition and gathering than other building for its long span and high ceiling. On the other hand, there are some weaknesses for those reasons above. Air distribution is hard to design, energy consumes high for high loading, energy efficiency become low owe to the unreasonable air-conditioner operation.In this paper, CFD is introduced into the evaluation system for air condition in large space building. Use of the zero-equation andκ-εequation, a simulation model of the Hall A was built. With the analyses solution, temperature, speed and PMV (Predicted Mean Vote) field of the hall was completed evaluate. Because of the inadequate situation of the basic theory, the analyses solution should be certified by the measured data of the hall. Throughout the comparison of the solution and data, a conclusion was made: It has good performance in tendency by using CFD to evaluate the air distribution, but some error did exist in the evaluation.A distributed air parameter measurement system was built for surveying the hall. Based on wireless technology, a method which can describe real-time air parameter field was raised for the first time. By integrating some electronic censors, the system mentioned above can measure variable parameters in one time. The data collected by censors can be transferred to PC via RS232, and then it can be displayed and saved by software compiled with VB6.0.The work presented in this paper provided an experiment foundation for the feasibility of CFD evaluating the air-condition system in large space building. The development of the measurement system is a useful attempt for IAQ survey, and it offered a reference for similar question.
