Due to the particularity and complexity of geotechnical engineering, the reliability design theory applied in it is still in a phase of research and exploration. The uncertainty of soil property parameter, plus the generation and description of profile probability model of earthy layer, is the key point and nodes of reliability analysis on geotechnical engineering. The function principle and the degree of reliability of filling pile are well illuminated with finite element software in this thesis , according to data of property parameter from laboratory geotechnical test of soil obtained in field investigation .Firstly, the three-dimension solid model for finite element analysis should be generated with Ansys software, considering friction in the interface between soil and pile. The function principle of single pile in homogeneous foundation is analyzed on the assumption that the Mohr-coulomb model is adopted as the friction type, and elasto-plasticity model as constitutive model of soil around and beneath the pile. Subsequently, the degree of influence of each parameter on the degree of reliability can be obtained and the most sensitive one can be identified in the Monte-carlo method on the reliability module of Ansys by numerical simulation, in the view of non-linear random theory. With the degree of influence of each parameter reflected by calculation results, the dominant parameter can be controlled efficiently to simulate and analyze the output data, then the reliability can be depicted in fixed quantity.
