Oily sludge is the concomitant of the petroleum industry,as long as one of the main contaminative sources,China has control it as dangerous garbage .Using oily sludge stacked together on roadbed,which doesn t need gathering or depositing,carries out innoculity of the oily sludge ,colses off injutant and doesn t pollute any more.Bringing it some strength and elasticity,this method converts the sludge into the material for roadbed,leads oily sludge to resourceful end.Be in the light of the coordination function and economic principles, this discourse,based on the foundation of reading the domestic and international relevant literature,as long as the research result of contrast the people of the past, selected the cement, fly ash, calcareousness and additive as factors of experiment. After the orthogonal experiment, the solidifying medicament, accession dosage and scale are determined,which made the grass-roots ability of roadbed completely satisfy grass-roots request of various technique index signs, and meet the request of environmental protection.Through variance analysis founded on tests, the influence of every factor to compressive strength and the ratio of strength to cost is known. In the multi-variables linear regression analysis, the 28d cube compressive strength is looked as function and the four factors of experiment is viewed as independent variables. The linear equation between compressive strength and four factors are concluded. The optimum regression equation is deduced by stepwise method.Neural network method is applied to the strength prediction.The mass of cement, fly ash, calcareousness and additive are regarded as network inputs and the 28d strength is the target. The inputs and target are used to train a three layers back-propagation network. The network that has been trained then is used to infer the strength of condensate with a mass of stabilizer.At last,fieldwork is fulfilled to demonstrate this skill s feasibility and favorable benefit to economy and social.
