The edge cracks usually appear first when the actual structure gives birth to torsion transmutation. So it is necessary to study fracture analysis for torsion problem of bar with curvilinear edge cracks. In this paper, the analytic numerical value of boundary singularity integral equations will be used .We can obtain stress intensity factors, stress and torsion rigidity of crack tips of arbitrary bar. This is turned to all kinds of the components which the supporting capacity computation and the weary analysis has the important reference significance. This method's characteristic is converges the question a group of mixed types integral equation, but about the ordinary boundary is the conventional boundary integral equations. After this, the Gauss quadrature formula of the singular integral equation and the boundary element method is used to establish the numerical value analysis for it .Thus the question is solved.Taking fracture analysis for torsion problems of isotropic bar with cracks which obtains as the foundation, generally the boundary integral equation which suits the displacement monodromy condition is difficult to obtain , so it only use the numerical value method to solve. Dividing the boundary and the curve crack into the linear units and proposing the new interpolating function, which cause the displacement monodromy condition automatically to satisfy. So it has solved the crack and the boundary point slope inconsistent question. Thus the new boundary element method which suits fracture analysis for torsion problems of bar with curvilinear edge cracks is established. The Fortran general-purpose calculator procedure is established, and the value computation question which the component geometry shape influence cracks is worked out. In this paper , we makes the value computation analysis for some real problems and produces some typical value example, in which the bar can be of any section and the cracks can be either straight or curvilinear.
