With rapid development of civil economy, along with reform-open policy, numbers of Super-Shallow-Underground-Pipe-Jacking projects are being carried out in view of national sustainable development strategy and large-scale municipal engineering. So, it is essential to carry out Super-Shallow-Underground-Pipe-Jacking researches in detail in theory and engineering practices.By a series of surveying of Super-Shallow-Underground-Pipe-Jacking projects, such as the Shenzhen Shahe Golf project, the Shenzhen Honghua channel project and the Chendou Bolichang Shane project, at-site experiments of the Fulin Wujiang first stage draining project and computer simulating and analyzing at-site conditions via powerful Marc functions, key controlling techniques of jacking are explored and researches show that Stratum loss induced by interrupted rock-soil is the most basic problem in Super-Shallow-Underground-Pipe-Jacking engineering, so how to reduce the influence of interrupted rock-soil at the least; at the same time , Ground deformation and rock-soil stress variation scope induced by Super-Shallow-Underground pipe jacking concentrate in 2D front and 1 5D besides(D refers to out-diameter)along jacking plane. All these give some references to linear design and at-site constructing of Super-Shallow-Underground Pipe-JackingBy exploring, at-site testing and simulating analysis, controlling technology of Super-Shallow-Underground-Pipe-Jacking construction is studied preliminarily. These construction techniques, calculation model and parameters can be employed in so-so engineering construction extensively, and referred to other type underground jacking, and economic benefit and social benefit will be gained. Thus this makes a foundation for the controlling techniques of jacking publicity in Chongqing, Southwest and even national scope.
