Today the train is still an import conveyance in the world. In order to raise the competitive ability of railway to road, water carriage and voyage, Comfort should be enhanced and the time of the trip should be shortened, the condition of the ride should be improved. Further more, we should ensure the security and produce light, rapid and steady train. So it is very import to select the best parameter of the cantilever.In the present time comfort in the landscape orientation of the rapid car CW200 that is made in Changchun Car Company of China is superior, but comfort in the vertical orientation is not good. In order to improve this condition, in this paper the rapid carriage CW200 is taken for example and the parameter of the cantilever is emulated and calculated with ADAMS/Rail which is an simulation software and the simulation result is compared to the experimental date and the simulation facility and veracity is examined. On the base of correct model, the performance parameter of the damper is made optimized analysis of the orthogonal experiment and the response surface and both of the results is applied into the model and is compared to the original parameter of the simulation dynamics index and optimized analyses is validated that it will improved comfort and security of the rapid carriage.Presently, the optimized project about the damp parameter of the comfort of the carriage is mainly selected in experiment method and the work of optimization and theoretical analysis is little. In this paper the orthogonal optimized theory of the statistics and the optimized and simulation theory on the response surface of the math is applied successfully to the damper's parameter optimization of the redirector in the vehicle, which offers a new way for improving the cantilever's parameter of the bogie in the CW200 in the future and brings forward a new theory for advancing the bogie of the rapid car.
