As an in-site rock mass reinforced method, anchor has been used comprehensively after creation and it is taken for the most promising method that can reinforce the rock mass directly by the national and overseas engineers. Pointed to the layered disintegrate rock mass cut slope's reinforced technology, the corresponding investigation is proceeded in the dissertation. The investigation contents involve slope deformation and failure mechanism, stability evaluation method, reinforcement mechanism, design and estimation method etc. The research means include model test, manifold element method, field engineering design and monitor etc. The main results and conclusions of the dissertation are as following: The slope rock and soil's displacement will be decreased, the stress-distributing grads of the slope-anchored zone will be more evener and the slope will be more stable; The resemble uniform rock mass slope stability estimation method can be used to evaluate the disintegrate rock mass slope's whole stability analysis and the failure surface can be assumed as arc; Fracture mechanics investigation of anchored slope shows that applying anchorage force at fracture clip can obtain the best anchorage effect and by the decrease of the space between anchors, the anchorage effect will increase non-linearly; Bases on the reinforcement mechanism results, the analytical formula of the anchor pitch is put forward by the fracture mechanics principles;The view of disintegrate rock mass cut slope can be cooperatively reinforced by the active anchor and passive anchor is put forward; The simplified computation methods of anchor force for estimating the whole stability of disintegrate rock mass cut slope have been discussed. On the basis of the investigation, the three kinds of strip and block method that used in simplifying anchor force in the slope stability limited analysis is investigated and put forward.The dissertation pointed to the layered disintegrate rock mass cut slope's reinforced technology, and the corresponding investigation is proceeded.And the dissertation based on two in-site cut slope in FuLin freeway of FuJian province, obtained some useful conclusions in cooperative reinforcement by the active anchor and passive anchor. improved the design and estimation method according to traditional method, obtained the useful data.it offerd the reference for research and project in the future.
